Thank you for choosing DeePlayer. Please read and understand the following terms carefully before using this software.

Preamble

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DeePlayer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and us, effective immediately upon your use of the service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We lawfully own all rights and interests in DeePlayer, including but not limited to:

• Computer software copyrights
• Artistic work copyrights
• Trademark rights and patent rights
• Operational rights and other intellectual property rights

Our services may involve third-party intellectual property. Where third parties require compliance regarding such intellectual property, we will notify you appropriately, and you must comply with such requirements.

All rights not expressly granted to users are reserved by us.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your acceptance of these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, modifiable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, non-inheritable license to use DeePlayer for non-commercial purposes.

Permitted Use:

• Install the software on personal smart devices
• Use the software in the manner specified
• Access features based on your subscription level

Prohibited Activities:

Without prior written consent, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, decompile, disassemble, distribute, or display any part of the software
• Reverse engineer any functionality or content
• Rent, sell, or use the software for commercial purposes
• Modify or obscure service names, company logos, trademarks, copyright notices, or other intellectual property declarations
• Engage in any activities violating trademark law, copyright law, computer software protection regulations, or related laws and international treaties

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Users must carefully read and understand payment methods and pricing before making any purchase. By choosing to purchase paid services, you confirm full understanding and acceptance of the applicable payment methods, pricing standards, and refund policies.

Subscriptions:

• Auto-renew unless cancelled
• Can be modified or cancelled at any time
• Are generally non-refundable except where required by law

5. User Information Protection

DeePlayer currently has no account system and cannot associate any user information with individual users.

6. Service Interruption, Suspension, and Termination

Scheduled Maintenance: We require periodic server maintenance for normal operation, including scheduled and emergency maintenance. We will limit interruption time to the minimum necessary.

Service Termination: We may terminate or interrupt all or part of our services under the following circumstances, without liability for resulting inconvenience or damages:

• Server damage preventing normal operation
• Sudden software/hardware or electronic communication equipment failure
• Network provider line or other failures
• Third-party causes or other force majeure circumstances

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, changes in laws or government orders
• Telecommunications operator failures
• Computer, mobile device, or internet-related technical defects
• Internet coverage limitations
• Computer viruses, hacker attacks, and other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances

8. User Misconduct

Users are solely responsible for their inappropriate behavior. Any software derived from DeePlayer that is not officially developed and released by us or our authorized parties is illegal. Downloading, installing, or using such software may lead to unpredictable risks, and all resulting legal liabilities and disputes are unrelated to us.

9. Limitation of Liability

DeePlayer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by local applicable laws, excluding conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this agreement (including but not limited to contract or other property rights disputes) shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the location where this agreement was formed.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this agreement and related rules periodically as needed. Changes will be published on our platform without separate individual notice. Modified agreements and rules take effect immediately upon publication. If you disagree with changes, you should immediately stop using our services. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised terms.

12. General Provisions

• Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
• If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, other provisions remain valid and enforceable
• Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
• This agreement represents the complete understanding between parties regarding the subject matter
